Zhuo Chen

Zhuo Chen joined Wastequip as our Chief Financial Officer in November of 2025. Zhuo brings over 20 years of experience and success in private-equity-backed and growth-driven businesses. With a focus on strengthening performance and building capable, collaborative and value driven teams, he has effectively led large finance organizations through transformation, integration, and expansion.

As the CFO, Zhuo provides strategic leadership to our finance organization, guiding it towards sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. He drives financial planning, maintains fiscal responsibility, and champions innovation in processes and systems to position the company for continued success. Zhuo holds a Bachelor of Finance from Rotterdam Business School RUAS and a Master of Finance from Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands.
